What is our Return Policy? 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
  • The Local Bungalow gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered products with tags attached for store credit only.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 DAYS of the date you received your shipment.
  • Return shipping is at the customers expense. Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at minus the shipping fee.
  • Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. DO NOT tape on the original shoe box. Shoes returned that do not follow our return policy will be subject to a $5 fee.
  • Items that are FINAL SALE, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.
  • All returns are subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
  • All FINAL SALE items, headwear, earrings, and bodysuits are final sale. No exceptions, no exchanges.

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my Store Credit?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your store credit notification via email typically within 5-7 business days.

Store credit is redeemable online and in-store. 

How do I return an International order?

We offer easy return shipping for our international customers. If you are sending back a return from outside the U.S., just reach out to our team at thelocalbungalownj@gmail.com and they will assist you. Once your return is approved by our team you will receive a Return Form to fill out and include in your return package. Please note international customers are responsible for paying for the shipping and handling of their return order.

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 7 DAYS.

Full priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and original packaging.

Handmade items, Accessories, Intimates, Bath and body products and Jewelry are excluded and always final sale.

What items are non-refundable?

Items marked as final sale.

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

Handmade items, Accessories, Intimates, bath and body products and Jewelry are final sale.

Items marked as Final Sale, Accessory, or purchased at a discount of 30% or more off.

Sale items including items purchased during flash sales or with a code.
